Joanna Meaden has lived in St Albans for 15+ years with her husband and three school-aged children. Like so many families in Clarence, she's experienced first-hand the difficulties in navigating local special educational needs (SEN) provision.
Joanna is committed to inclusion and wants to make sure that all residents feel supported and can enjoy the city’s amazing facilities. She has a passion for ensuring access for all, as well as safeguarding our green spaces and pushing for parking solutions in the ward.

District councillor Josie Madoc lives in St Albans with her husband, two teenage children and two dogs. She is working on projects such as regeneration of the Fleetville Community Centre where she is a trustee. She is Chair of the Clarence Park Consultative Forum, preserving the important amenity of Clarence Park.
She was born in St Albans, and has lived here all her life, attending SSAS Primary School and then Loreto College, and some of her earliest memories are playing in Clarence Park, so she has a deep and loyal connection to ensuring quality of life in St Albans is preserved for all youngsters and growing families.
