Josh is the co-chair of the Welsh Young Liberals and a student at the Aberystwyth branch, where he serves as president.
He sits on the Welsh board, representing young people, and has previously served on the conference and policy committee.
As co-chair of the Welsh Young Liberals, Josh works to advance the organisation's goals and advocate for youth in Wales
