CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration is now open, with discounted rates for Party Members who register early.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Conference and your registration will give you access to debates in the conference hall, fringes and the exhibition. While only members of the Welsh Liberal Democrats are able to vote on motions, all members of the Liberal Democrats and Observers with relevant expertise can participate in debates. Party members and staff (party and Parliamentary) are also be able to attend training sessions.

Motions Deadline
The deadline for submitting motions to the Conference is midday on Wednesday 2nd October.
Motions may be submitted by Local Parties in Wales, the Welsh Party Board or Committees, or 20 members of the Welsh Liberal Democrats.
Motions should be emailed to conference@libdems.wales giving the name of the local party, committee or members who are submitting the motion. The name of the members who will be speaking to the motion at the Conference, both proposing and summating, should also be given in the email.
Submitted Motions will be published about a week after the deadline, with proposed amendments to those motions needing to be submitted by midday on Wednesday 6th November.

Spring Conference 2025
Cardiff: 4th - 6th April 2025
Our next Spring Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Cardiff Centre, starting on the evening of Friday the 4th April through to Sunday afternoon on the 6th April 2025.
The deadline for submitting motions to this Conference will be Wednesday, 19th February 2025.
Further information, including how to register, will be available after the 2024 Autumn Conference.
Autumn Conference 2025
Wrexham: 10th - 12th October 2025
We will be returning to the Ramada Plaza in Wrexham for our Autumn Conference in 2025. It will run over the weekend of 10th to the 12th October.
The provisional motion deadline is Wednesday 3rd September 2025. This, along with information on how to register for the Conference, will be confirmed nearer the time.
