Could you help to deliver Welsh Liberal Democrat success in elections?

12 Aug 2025

We’re recruiting talented and ambitious people ahead of major elections in 2026 (Senedd) and 2027 (local elections).

With a change to the voting system we have a massive opportunity to ensure increased liberal representation in the Senedd (Welsh Parliament).

We’re currently recruiting:

  • a Campaigns and Communications Organiser for Brecon, Radnor and Cwm Tawe (closing date 1st September)
  • a temporary Party Administrator (closing date 1st Sepetember)

Please find further information below.

Campaigns and Communications Organiser (Brecon, Radnor and Cwm Tawe)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Closing Date: Monday 1st September

Our Campaigns Organisers are the people who win elections on the ground.

Whether organising leaflets and mailings to voters, recruiting volunteers, supporting canvassing (knocking on voters’ doors) or making sure that everything goes to plan on polling day, every day is different as a Campaigns Organiser.

We’re recruiting a Campaigns Organiser to join our growing team as we expand our target seats in the run up to the 2026 election. You will be expected to campaign extensively on the ground in the areas that you organise for.

Party Administrator (Temp)

Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

Duration: Temporary until 30th November 2025

Closing date: 09:00 on Monday 1st September

The Party Administrator will assist with administrative tasks related to party management, the party conference and campaigns.
