Could you help to deliver Welsh Liberal Democrat success in elections?

29 May 2025

We’re recruiting talented and ambitious people ahead of major elections in 2026 (Senedd) and 2027 (local elections).

With a change to the voting system we have a massive opportunity to ensure increased liberal representation in the Senedd (Welsh Parliament).

We’re currently recruiting:

  • a Head of Communications and Policy (closing date: Friday 4th July 2025).

Please find further information on both roles below.

Our Head of Communications and Policy will deliver us strategic success in the 2026 Senedd election through the execution of a messaging and communications plan.

The role holder will be confident in managing the Party’s press and media directly, while managing small teams to support both social media activity and policy development.

The role will involve managing stakeholder relationships within the Welsh Liberal Democrats and working closely with the Party Leader and her team.

*It is anticipated that the role holder will also work in the Leaders’ Office, with a total of 37.5 hours split across two employers.
