Felix Dodds - Global Green Change Catalyst Felix Dodds is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Mid-Derbyshire in the 2019 General Election and has been President of Amber Valley Liberal Democrats since 2013, with long links to the county. Having said that, he has spent many years engaged in global policy making on environment and sustainable development issues - first at the UN Association then UNED-UK which became Stakeholder Forum.
