Becoming an Accredited Candidate
Are you a Councillor or a Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the upcoming General Election? Find out about become an accredited Green Lib Dem candidate today.
Accreditation will mean you will have our full and official endorsement as a candidate.
- Benefits to the candidate of a simple way to show their green credentials to voters, to enlist support from Green Liberal Democrats and be supported by GLD resources.
- The GLD accredited candidate will have a right to use the GLD logo with their literature.
- You must promise to promote sustainability and environmental solutions, whilst raising awareness of Green Issues and promote an environmentally responsible approach to policy formation and implementation.
You must be a paying Green Liberal Democrat member and Liberal Democrat member- if you are not, join here.
The applicant should be in the process of seeking councillor, parliamentary or other party post candidature approval or election.
