Opportunities at Conference for Commercial Organisations, Charities and Party Organisations

Welcome from Jane Dodds MS

Leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats

The 2025 Welsh Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference will be held at the Ramada Plaza in Wrexham over the weekend of 11th and 12th October.

I am delighted to invite you to join us at the Welsh Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference in Wrexham.

As we prepare for the upcoming Senedd election, the Welsh Liberal Democrats are relentlessly focused on improving people’s lives. At this year’s conference, our debates will centre on the issues that matter most to communities across Wales—fixing our NHS, growing our economy, and building a fairer, more prosperous future.

We are committed to delivering a first-class experience for all participants. I, alongside David Chadwick MP, our candidates and councillors, dedicate significant time throughout the conference weekend to attending events and visiting exhibition stands. This provides an excellent opportunity for you to engage directly with decision-makers, share your cause, and secure meaningful support.

You can find further details of the opportunities available below. Our team is here to help you make the most of your time with us, so please don’t hesitate to contact our Party Coordinator, Elgan Morgan, at elgan.morgan@libdems.wales if you would like to discuss the options.

Summary of Opportunities

Attend the Conference

As an Observer you will be able to attend the conference, including main hall debates, fringe meetings, and the exhibition. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with elected politicians, Senedd candidates, and party members, gaining valuable insights and connections. To further enhance your experience, join us at the Conference Dinner, a highlight of the weekend where you can network in a relaxed setting over a three-course meal.

Engage with Party Members

Engage directly with delegates by Exhibiting, which ensures meaningful interactions as our elected politicians and members dedicate time to exploring the exhibition throughout the weekend. For those seeking a more interactive platform, consider presenting your message through a Conference Hall Debate or Fringe Meeting, where you can discuss key issues with our members.

Communicating with Party Members

Expand your reach by hosting a Reception or leveraging our Advertising Opportunities. A reception offers a relaxed and informal setting to introduce your organisation and connect with party members and stakeholders. For broader visibility, explore advertising options such as placements in the conference guide, on lanyards, or through banner displays in high-traffic areas. These methods provide impactful ways to raise your organisation’s profile and communicate your message effectively, whether or not you attend the event in person.

Bookings are open for our 2025 Autumn Conference. Further details and pricing is avilable below. To make a booking, or if you have any questions or queries please contact conference@libdems.wales.
