A Fringe Meeting is a very cost-effective way to get your message across to a wide range of Conference attendees. Our Fringes are always well attended and you can be guaranteed a lively debate.

The choice of topic is yours and you can be as flexible as you like as to how you structure the meeting - whether it is a roundtable discussion, a presentation or a reception.

All our Fringe rooms are within the Conference venue.

Fringe meetings generally last for an hour and there are a variety of slots available on the Saturday and Sunday of Conference. Simply state your preference when enquiring and we will do our best to accommodate your needs - room availability is limited for each time slot and, as it is first come first served, we will help you avoid clashes with similar events.

We can work with you to ensure that you secure a suitable speaker from within the party to make your event a success.

Our Fringe Package includes:

• A room capable of holding 30 people for your hour-long fringe.
• AV equipment.
• 2 complimentary Observer Passes
• A Fringe listing on the Conference pages of our website, which includes your organisation’s logo and a 50 word description.
• Catering and refreshments for your Fringe at extra cost.

Cost for a Saturday lunchtime fringe:

• Professional Associations / Trade Unions / Registered Charities (annual turnover over £250,000) - £300
• Community Groups / Registered Charities (annual turnover under £250,000) / Lib Dem Affiliated Organisations - £150
