Graeme Casey
Graeme has served as a Bromley Councillor since 2022 and has lived in the borough for over 14 years. He is a married father of two and works in a local Bromley primary school.
Graeme sits on both the Children, Education and Families Committee and the Adult Care and Health Committee, where he works to ensure residents have access to strong local services.
Through his work in education and the community, Graeme is a passionate champion for young people and is committed to creating more opportunities for Bromley’s youth to thrive.
Julie Ireland
Julie has lived in Bromley for over 30 years and raised her two children here.
As a single parent, she understands first-hand the challenges many families face and the importance of living in a supportive community with accessible local services.
Julie worked for 20 years as an IT consultant before moving into public service. She now works for one of the Liberal Democrat MPs elected to Parliament in 2024, continuing her commitment to helping residents and strengthening local communities.
Sam Webber
Sam was first elected as a Bromley Councillor in 2022. He is married and has two daughters.
He is passionate about preserving the essential character and heritage of Bromley. Sam is an active member of the Bromley Civic Society and the Friends of Bromley and Sheppard’s Colleges, supporting efforts to protect and celebrate the town’s historic identity.
Sam is also committed to supporting vulnerable residents. Over the past three years he has raised nearly £4,000 for Bromley Homeless, including taking part in the annual Sleep Out in the grounds of Bromley Parish Church.
