Malcom Westbrook
Malcolm has lived in Biggin Hill for most of his life, with short periods abroad and elsewhere in Bromley. A long-standing local campaigner, he has stood as a candidate in Biggin Hill three times and previously chaired both Orpington Liberal Democrats and the Biggin Hill Residents Association. Malcolm served as a Lay Magistrate for 15 years and now works as a medico-legal expert and consultant. He also volunteers with Scouts and Guides.
