Many local residents are struggling to access NHS dental care.

Knighton Needs a Dentist

Knighton has been left without any dental provision since the closure of My Dentist in September, forcing NHS patients to travel to Newtown with no direct bus link available. With more than 3,000 people on the waiting list, local families are struggling to access basic check-ups and treatment.

Jane Dodds MS and David Chadwick MP are calling on Powys Teaching Health Board to secure a permanent dentist for the town, whether through a new independent practice or community services at Knighton Hospital.

Knighton Needs a Dentist

We, the undersigned, call on the Powys Teaching Health Board to bring dental services back to Knighton
