Meet our candidates for South Twickenham, Michael, Jack and Rhi!

 

Michael, Jack and Rhi are committed to:

✓ Continuing to invest in Twickenham's roads and pavements

✓ Improving community safety through initiatives like lighting Twickenham Green and developing a new violence against women and girls prevention strategy

✓ Tackling public nuisance by fighting graffiti, anti-social behaviour and fly-tipping

Michael Butlin

 

A veteran with twenty-two years loyal service in the army, Michael Butlin has been a Lib Dem since 1958, and a local councillor since 2018, all whilst bringing up his family in the area. 

A proud Armed Forces Champion, Michael is the chairman of the Royal British Legion (Twickenham Branch) and is a strong advocate for standing up against violence against women and girls in all its forms.

Jack Clothier Jones

 

Jack Clothier Jones is a proud resident of Twickenham Green for the last ten years. 

Jack is a new candidate for Twickenham South, standing after being inspired by the current incumbents. He is a huge advocate for rebuilding ties with the EU. 

Jack co-runs a community Twickenham football team, and is committed to supporting trans rights through his work within the music industry.

Rhi Lee

 

A former Deputy Mayor of Richmond, Rhi Lee has been an advocate for raising awareness against the fight against violence against women and girls, through policy changes, White Ribbon events, and successfully leading the campaign to get lights across Twickenham Green. 

An artist and illustrator, Rhi is a keen supporter of the local music scene, even designing the aesthetics for Twickenham's High Tide Festival.
