We will be calling the Tier 1 Recruitment Target Pool: 

The tier 1 pool includes:

• People who have recently signed petitions
• People who have given us email addresses (excluding opposition supporters)
• People who have returned surveys in the last year saying they are a Definitie Lib Dem
• At risk members
• non-member volunteers since May 2021.

In preparation of this session I would recommend having some planned leafleting. canvassing, or even social sessions to invite them to.
