Sign our petition to get the borough to introduce a Cumulative Impact Zone (CIZ) for Earl’s Court Road.

A CIZ can be introduced in an area where late-night premises have led to problems like crime and public nuisance.

The CIZ is intended to limit the growth of licensed premises in this area and manage the negative impacts on residents and the public. This would help us to better manage issues around late night alcohol and fast food sales and gambling licenses. New licensing applications within the zone are subject to a policy of presumed refusal unless the applicant can demonstrate they will not add to the existing problems.

Cumulative impact can occur either in the area where the premises are located or some distance away from them, for example at public transport locations or fast-food premises.

The 24/7 culture is killing our high street!
