Traffic measures at the junction of Upper Richmond

Virtual permits

Residents living on all roads on and between Clarendon Drive, Hotham Road and Charlwood Road, and on Dryburgh, Egliston and Lower Common South, should be allowed to enter their own road from Upper Richmond around-the-clock without risking a fine. This can be achieved by introducing virtual permits that the current camera recognises, so you don't get flashed for driving home.
