A man was arrested in Hawkinge, near Folkestone, by Kent Police under the Terrorism Act 2000, and is being held on suspicion of being engaged in the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism.
Shepway Councillor Tim Prater has been told that, following a site meeting this morning between Kent Highways and Southern Water amongst others, works will begin tomorrow in Trinity Gardens, related to the issues in Sandgate Road.
