Cheriton Primary Win Councillors Cup 2008
Congratulations to Cheriton Primary School who won the first ever Cheriton & Morehall Football "Councillors Cup" on Wednesday. St Martins Primary School were runners-up, and the hotly contested contest also had teams from all other primary schools in the Cheriton and Morehall area: All Souls, Harcourt and Morehall Schools.

Trading Standards are warning businesses not be duped into paying for advertising in bogus charity publications which they have not agreed to. The businesses were contacted by telephone and asked to place advertisements promising to support charitable organisations or the police or fire brigade.

Meet the Lib Dem Presidential Candidates at Worthing
There will be two informal sessions for members at the Lib Dem South East Conference in Worthing on 25th October in the Dining area of Northbrook College to meet the Lib Dem candidates for Party President. These will take place at 10.30 with Lembit Opik and at 2.30 with Chandila Fernando and Ros Scott. The candidates will each give short presentations and answer questions.
