The way in which Local Plans are put together needs to change. I see three key areas where this needs to happen...
In the most recent KCC elections, Lib Dem councillors were elected in both Canterbury North and Canterbury South.
Liberal Democrats also continue to deliver as part of the Canterbury City Council coalition. For example, the council has:
• Re-opened Sturry Park & Ride
• Brought back Canterbury market
• Introduced a resident car parking rate
• Acquired additional council homes
• Protected parish council funding.
