Rennie: SNP all over the place with Ferguson Marine

Responding to comments from Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy, as he confirmed that taxpayer-supported Ferguson Marine will eventually be placed back into private ownership, Scottish Liberal Democrat economy spokesperson Willie Rennie MSP said:
“The SNP Government is all over the place on nationalisation. It parades its virtues of public ownership one week then seeks to privatise the next.
“It is little wonder that the SNP want to distance themselves from the yard after the party's disastrous ferry building programmes. But the truth is that the SNP is to blame for the cost and time overruns, not the workers.”
