London Lib Dems have responded angrily to the Labour Government's plans to slash the requirement for affordable housing in future developments in London, and halve the amount of "Community Infrastructure Levy" developers need to contribute to local areas. Cllr Victor Chamberlain, Liberal Democrat member of the Local Infrastructure and Net Zero Board at the LGA and Leader of the Opposition on Southwark Council explains why communities, not developers should come first.
