Hong Kong, Global Security & Your Future
Join the Conversation!
Tuesday 12 August, 5.30pm for a 6pm start at Throwley Yard Cinema.
As tensions rise globally, and changes to UK visa policy leave many in the Hong Kong and wider Sutton & Cheam community uncertain, it’s more important than ever to understand the bigger picture.
Join Luke Taylor MP and Mike Martin MP - a former Army officer, security expert, and special guest - for an evening of insight and discussion.
The two MPs will be joined by Lee Wing-Tat, former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong and former chairman of the Democratic Party of Hong Kong.
The trio will be discussing everything from the future of the BNO Passport scheme to the importance of standing with Hong Kong in the face of global security threats, what it means for you, your family, and your future in the UK.
Tickets are £15, which includes a drink and helps cover the cost of the event. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions during the Q&A session.
This is a safe, open, and informed space to hear from those at the heart of Parliament about what’s happening and what we can do next.
Book now and invite a friend!
Let’s make sure the voices of Hong Kongers in Sutton are heard.
