Tribute To Serge Lourie

It is with great sadness that we have learned of the death of Serge Lourie, long time member and former Leader of the Council. Serge was a dedicated public servant who served his community not only on the Council but also through his work with numerous local charities.

Serge was an active member of the Twickenham & Richmond Liberal Democrats for years. To many of us in the local party he was a friend, mentor and energetic presence.

We are in contact with Serge's family and wish them well in this difficult time.
