Middle Park & Horn Park

It is a privilege to be chosen as the Lib Dem candidate for Middle Park and Horn Park on May 7^th,an area that has previously returned Liberal Democrat councillors.

I have lived in Greenwich borough for over 30 years and want to bring my energy, passion, and experience as a long-term local campaigner to get things done locally; in particular, fly tipping, transport issues, the promotion of green spaces and a louder voice for this part of Greenwich.

My political experience with the Liberal Democrats and predecessor parties stretches back over 40 years and I have a record of getting things done and working hard locally. A passionate volunteer alongside my freelance job as a trainer and coach, I look forward to giving voters on May 7^th a real chance to make a difference to their lives.

A Liberal and Liberal Democrat for more than 45-years, I have lived with my family in Greenwich for the last 30. Now almost retired from a long career in theatre and the arts, I have committed myself over the last few years to support our Liberal Democrat base here in Greenwich.

Our LibDem values of fairness, community and focus on international links with particular regard to rebuilding our bonds with Europe following a disastrous Brexit mean a lot to me. Concerns over the past years have been on poor planning decisions on local infrastructure and traffic management, the threat to our World Heritage status as well the effect on provision of affordable housing and adequate facilities for our expanding population.
