Save our Police Stations Counter Services

We are concerned at announced plans to close 24/7 front counter services at 18 police stations across London, slashing hours at dozens more.

This would leave entire boroughs without any public access points, leaving residents without a way to report a crime in person, provide documentation, or seek support from the police in-person.

The list of Police Front Counters set for closure are:

Kentish Town (Camden)
Tottenham (Haringey)
Edmonton (Enfield) - replaced by Wood Green
Harrow (Harrow)
Bethnal Green (Tower Hamlets)
Dagenham (Barking and Dagenham)
Chingford (Waltham Forest)
Kensington (Kensington & Chelsea)
Hammersmith (Hammersmith & Fulham)
Twickenham (Richmond)
Lavender Hill (Wandsworth)
Wimbledon (Merton)
Hayes (Hillingdon)
Plumstead (Greenwich)
Barking Learning Centre (Barking and Dagenham)
Church Street (Westminster)
Royalty Studios (Kensington and Chelsea)
Mitcham (Merton)

We won't tolerate further cuts to local police services.

We demand the Mayor of London keeps front counter services at police stations open.

Two police officers.
