Do you have the personality to motivate people? Are you looking for your next opportunity to make a positive impact, grow a team and do things differently? Are you passionate about building a community? If so, we want to hear from you!

We want to grow our ambitious, winning team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident person to make a difference in the run up to the 2026 local elections and beyond.

Our campaign is about trying new things, breaking the mould and doing politics differently.

You don’t need to come from a political background or have a degree in politics - if you’ve got the drive to build a team, galvanize local people and the determination to help residents in our local area, then we want you to apply!

You will be proactive, able to work with people from all backgrounds, and ready to grow a network of volunteers across key areas. You will need to be curious and hardworking, able to build genuine communities who are mobilised for 2026. You will be creative and independent – able to look at a set of objectives and figure out how to meet them without too much instruction.

This role is a chance to do politics up close and personal, to work with our MPs, councillors, and experienced campaigners. This role will give the right applicant an opportunity to own it, and to springboard into bigger things.

This contract is initially for one year, with the hope to be able to extend it for the right person. The job will give you the opportunity to build real leadership skills, work on exciting campaigns, and get a huge amount of experience in building long lasting working relationships.

We know that imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting amazing candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply—we’d love to meet you. We also know it’s rare for someone to meet 100% of the qualifications. Please apply anyway!
