This role will be focussed on conducting research and running campaigns on policy areas which are issues of concern to ethnic minority communities, and particularly the Muslim community.

Mid Sussex Liberal Democrats are looking for a dynamic Campaign Organiser to be a key part of the team driving their General Election campaign in the Mid Sussex parliamentary seat.
You will work with this team to lead on the design and delivery of a programme focused on activating our members and supporters to mobilise and join our regular national volunteer-led phone bank contact sessions - termed our national ‘Maraphone’ events.
You will be issuing daily stories and announcements, pitching exclusive stories to broadcast and print media and responding to media queries.
You will be responding to requests for broadcast interviews throughout the campaign.
You will ensure prompt and effective rebuttal of claims made by political opponents in the media.
This role changes across the campaign. When the election is called, our candidates will have two weeks to complete, hand in and have their nomination papers accepted. This is where you come in!
