Conference resolves to delete Article 7.7 of the Federal Party constitution.

Constitutional amendments require a two-thirds majority to pass.
The Federal Party constitution is available at www.libdems.org.uk/constitution. The existing text of the article 7.7 is as follows:
7.7 In order to ensure that all aspects of a proposed policy are fully considered, the FPC may request any motion before a Federal Conference to be referred to the next meeting of the Conference. The FPC shall, before such meeting, circulate its reasons for acting under this Article and its comments on the relevant motion and any amendments thereto accepted for debate.
