Ben Curtis

Candidate for Clapham and Brixton Hill

General Election - 4 July 2024

Ben Curtis

People in Clapham & Brixton Hill deserve better.

They've got an incompetent, out of touch government in Westminster and a chaotic local authority in Lambeth. But local Liberal Democrats are working hard to hold Labour to account. In two years in the council we've got stuff done – both in the ward I represent, and in the borough we collectively call home. Residents in my ward are seeing the difference in having an independent voice – and I want to bring that same energy to Clapham & Brixton Hill. We need to protect our NHS, rapidly reform our broken housing system and permanently fix the cost-of-living crisis.

Day to day, I work in external affairs for an NGO that pressures the government to offer, fund and maintain more public transport options. I live with my fiancée, Klara and our dog, Luna – and call Clapham and Brixton Hill, home.

I'm voting Liberal Democrat

On 4 July, I'm voting Liberal Democrat for a fair deal.
