Vicky Anderson is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Blaydon and Consett. She was elected as a local Liberal Democrat Councillor in Gateshead for Dunston Hill and Whickham East in May 2019, winning against Labour.

Local to the North East, Vicky is passionate about the region where she grew up and the wealth of talent and ambition it has to offer.

As a Councillor she has represented residents speaking on how we can tackle the cost of living crisis and has been a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in our society. Alongside campaigners and Councillors she has worked on projects and campaigns in the wider areas of Gateshead, Blaydon and Consett.
