Drug Dealing Still a Problem

Drug taking and dealing on Trelawn Road and Colville Road as well as St Mary’s Road is still happening regularly.

Your local Liberal Democrat team has reported this to the police several times and are calling on the Metropolitan Police to increase patrols around Leyton High Road and its side roads.

Local Liberal Democrat campaigner Afzal Choudhry said, “The issue seems to come and go but both the police and the council need to deal with the underlying causes.”

“Moving people onto another road for a few weeks or months only to have them return later is not solving the problem.”
