Scot Lib Dems respond to mental health statement

Responding to the Scottish Government's statement on mental health, Liam McArthur MSP said:
"There is a crisis in mental health which remains despite the best efforts of staff.
"The documents published today promise more working groups, more reviews, more plans for future plans, while last winter the government cut £50 million from the mental health budget.
"So can I ask the minister, where are the extra staff the government promised to support police? Where are the extra staff the government promised to support A&Es?"
