Responding to the 2021 Scottish Household Survey which shows that satisfaction with every service covered by the report fell between 2020 and 2021, including satisfaction with local health services which fell by 10 percentage points, Scottish Liberal Democrat communities spokesperson Willie Rennie said:

"From my conversations with voters on their doorsteps, they are scunnered by the chaos engulfing the SNP and disappointed that public services are being allowed to disintegrate.

"These figures just back up that sense of dissatisfaction.

"Scottish Liberal Democrats will continue to press the government to help the 1 in 7 Scots on a waiting list, to stand up for pupils and teachers and to crack down on sewage being dumped into our rivers."
