Neil Alexander

Candidate for Moray West, Nairn and Strathspey

Neil Alexander

I’m Neil Alexander, I’m 30 years old, a Game Designer and I am the candidate for Moray West, Nairn and Strathspey. I live and work in Elgin, in the heart of the new constituency

I am an avid rugby player, playing for the local club Moray RFC. Sport is a massive part of my life, it brings communities together like nothing else. I am very proud to also be our parties’ national spokesperson for Sport & Culture where I lead on our sport policy.

I have campaigned and won on local issues already, our local party has already. We led calls for Moray Council to change its social housing policy to help victims of domestic abuse, bring in enforcement to clamp down on illegal parking in Elgin, as well as calling for the council to inspect every council home for dangerous concrete which they then pledged to do

All achieved whilst not being an elected politician. This community matters to me, and it’s why I am standing to be your MP.
