Daniel Mancini

Candidate for Coatbridge and Chryston

Daniel Mancini

Daniel works for the NHS and lives with his wife and two young children. Daniel and his wife, who are both originally from Caithness, moved to Glasgow to study in 2005 and work opportunities have allowed them to remain in the Central Belt and start their family.

A proud lifelong Liberal Democrat supporter, Daniel became a full member in 2024 as he wanted to take the next step in becoming a candidate for the upcoming Scottish Elections. Daniel has also volunteered within Strathkelvin and Bearsden, hoping to return the Holyrood seat to the Liberal Democrats.

Daniel is standing for candidacy because he believes our communities deserve the best representation from someone who lives and breathes the same challenges they face.

Daniel is a passionate Liberal who believes that everyone should have the freedom and support to become the truest and most fulfilled version of themselves, no matter their starting point in life. He is committed to working tirelessly to help people achieve that goal.

Daniel vows to be a strong, honest and dependable voice for our local communities, championing the issues that matter most to residents. He is committed to listening, standing up for those who feel unheard, and working hard to deliver real, meaningful change with fairness at its heart.
