Alan Reid has called on ScotRail to fix the heating system on the trains that run from Glasgow to Oban and Mallaig.
Dubbed ‘the Polar Express’, passengers have been enduring freezing temperatures on the West Highland route – with at least one person collapsing from the cold.
Alan says, “Sitting for five hours on a freezing train isn’t just uncomfortable, it’s dangerous.”
