Michael Jon De Courcy Cole

Mike has been Thatcham Town Mayor 3 times in 12 years as Councillor. He works hard for the community and is a member and Past President of the Rotary Club, Chairman of Trustees of Kennet School Academies Trust, Vice Chair of the Parochial Charities and Trustee for other local charities.

Jeremy Richard Cottam

Jeremy Cottam currently serves on Thatcham Town Council and has lived and worked in Thatcham for over thirty years.

He was previously Chairman of the District Council, and currently also runs the Thatcham Chamber of Commerce. His long and extensive management experience will help improve the Councils administration, ensuring better value and more caring services.

Lee Raymond James Dillon

Lee Dillon was born and raised in Thatcham and after University came back to start a career and a family. Married to Gemma, he has three young children. First elected in Thatcham North for town and district in 2007, he has since been the youngest Mayor in Berkshire, the first Leader of the Town Council and – since 2016 – Leader of the Opposition on West Berkshire Council.

Perhaps his most notable achievement to date has been leading Thatcham’s response to the 2007 floods. He is respected across the Council for his grasp of - and ability to communicate - local government issues. Lee has worked for Sovereign Housing Association for the past 13 years.

Benjamin Graham Schiffer-Harte

Ben is a primary school teacher and dad to his 5-year-old daughter. He’s keen on football and youth recreation and was commercial manager for Thatcham FC for 4 years. Through these links he’s built up a good knowledge of Thatcham’s wider community and business life and feels he can therefore contribute to the town as councillor who can help improve facilities and make life better. He’s already learned a lot by talking on doorsteps and is raring to serve in new ways.
