Christmas Bookstall in Crystal Palace raises money for Crisis

The generosity of local people was once again on display as Crystal Palace & Upper Norwood Councillor Claire Bonham raised over £100 for homeless charity Crisis by selling second hand books. 

Cllr Bonham said:

"Crisis do such good work here in Croydon and at this time of year, it's so important to support them in helping people in need. With temperatures dropping, it's vital that Crisis have the resources they need to support vulnerable residents and help them into safe, warm accomodation.
