Save our Buses
SIGN THE PETITION!
Several bus routes across South London are at risk because bus operators are facing rising costs after the Government's Employer's National Insurance Contributions tax hike - including the 80, 93, 151, 154, 155, 163, 164 and 470 from Sutton, Merton, Ellis Road and Stockwell garages.
Contracts are set to be retendered at the end of this year, and many could face cuts and reductions from TfL because of the skyrocketing costs to operators.
Labour made this mess, and now their Mayor should act to fix it.
The Liberal Democrats are campaigning to save these routes - and calling on the Mayor of London to act urgently to guarantee that these routes will not be scrapped or reduced.
Tell the Mayor of London: Don't let our buses go!
We, the undersigned, call on the Mayor of London to step in to guarantee that any local bus routes set to be retendered at the end of this year will not be scrapped or face reduced service.
