Shorts Road CCTV Update

Lib Dem-run Sutton Council has approved a project to install CCTV covering the Shorts Road alleyway.

Carshalton Central's Councillors Isabel, Andrew and Jake have been working closely with the Council to ensure the project is completed promptly.

The Council is aiming to install the CCTV cameras before the start of the school term in September, with initial work for new columns and updates to existing street lights having already begun.

Thanks to the efforts of local Lib Dem councillors working with the Council, police and the community, we are one step closer to making the Shorts Road alleyway safer for all.
