Saying farewell to two much-loved local shops

Your local Lib Dem councillors would like to thank and send their best wishes to the owners of two long-standing Wrythe Green businesses that are soon closing.

Cllr Colin Stears said: “Melvyn Clarke Ltd, which has served residents for 61 years, is closing, as is the much-loved Purrfect for Pets, where many will miss Julie’s
friendly smile and expert advice.

“Both shops have provided personal service and valuable expertise to the community over the years. Your councillors thank everyone connected with these stores for their dedication and wish them all the very best for the future.”
