Residents reject Quarry Park 5G mast again

Local residents have again successfully resisted the building of a 5G mast that was proposed to be located in front of Quarry Park on Cheam Road.

Supported by the local Lib Dem Councillors, residents lodged 36 letters of objection to the plans.

Officers agreed with many of the comments submitted and refused the application.

Councillors look forward to this essential infrastructure being installed in our area, but they will always back residents to ensure that the right locations are chosen.

They will keep alert to any new application.
