New council homes coming to Beddington

Lib Dem-run Sutton Council is building genuinely affordable homes at 30–32 Beddington Lane, including five 3-bedroom houses and four flats.

All will go to families on the Council’s housing waiting list. 

The homes have been built to the highest environmental standards to keep tenants’ energy bills low.

Local Lib Dem campaigner Dr Rob Leah said: “These homes show how we can tackle the housing crisis locally, providing quality homes for local families while keeping running costs low and protecting the environment.”
