Ensuring development is good enough for Sutton

Sutton South's Lib Dem Councillors want the best for their area, and while we need more homes, they will fight any developments that are not suitable in size or design.

Following discussions Councillors Richard, Trish and Louise had with residents, Sutton Council has recently rejected a proposal for a block of disproportionate size on the corner of Cavendish Road and Brighton Road, that would have overlooked and overshadowed Lavender Court, a block of retirement apartments in Cavendish Road.
