Conservatives want to close our local library

Conservatives have been actively campaigning for the closure of the local library in Stonecot, with claims that local services are a waste of money.

Stonecot's Liberal Democrat Councillors, Rob Beck and Cumar Sahathevan, oppose the move and have recommitted to always stand up for their community.

Cumar said: “The Conservatives always oppose the idea of our community having anything nice. They just don’t care about Stonecot.

“We won't let them ruin our community. Lib Dems will fight them every step of the way.”
