Community Round-Up: Cultural celebrations

Lib Dem campaigner Bobby Dean has been active across the community, marking several religious and cultural events in the constituency.

To mark Ramadan, Bobby attended various Iftaar events including in Morden and the Muslim Cultural & Welfare Association of Sutton (MCWAS) in Carshalton.

He also visited the Ghanapathy Temple, frequented by local Tamils, to celebrate the Chithrai Festival and attended the Hindu New Year celebrations at Sutton Council.

Elsewhere, Bobby visited the Sutton Volunteer Showcase at the Civic Centre and also attended the Mayor’s Coronation BBQ at the Woodcote Flying Club.
