Is this the most RUBBISH footpath in Kent?

Having had an email from a local resident over the weekend about the state of the footpath that runs from Ross Way to Ferne Way in Sandgate, I've popped up there this afternoon to have a look...

And its in a HORRIBLE state. Rubbish everywhere, evidence of flytipping, bags: even a fridge. All this on footpath HF21 at Ross way: ironically the home of the KCC Civic Amenity and Recycling Centre,

I think this footpath is in the worst state (for rubbish) I've ever seen a path in Shepway. However, perhaps you know different - send me your piictures if you've seen worse!

I'm pointing both Kent County Council and shepway District Council at this post in the next few minutes: I hope one of them will step up and get path HF21 cleared of rubbish and the fridge as soon as possible. I'll update this article with the responses I get from both, and how long this takes...
