Liberal Democrats pay tribute to Councillor Denise Western

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Denise Western. 

Denise was a lovely person who was friendly and kind to everyone she dealt with. She was a highly respected member of Trafford Council. In particular, she cared a great deal about improving opportunities for children and young people and her passion for helping people was on display for all who met her. 

The Liberal Democrats extend our sincere condolences to her family - particularly her five children - as well as her colleagues in the Labour Party. They are all in our thoughts at this difficult time.
