Mayor Plants Celebration Tree for Queen's Jubilee at Romsey Abbey

Today, Mayor of Test Valley Councillor Mark Cooper planted an apple tree for the Platinum Jubilee Celebration in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Deputy Mayor, Alan Dowden also planted a second tree in Andover.
